The pursuit of perfect Pinot Noir is as elusive as the one for Ogopogo who, according to the legend, lives just across the lake from us. But after 20 years of hand-holding the famously thin-skinned grape from vine to bottle, capturing it is much less mysterious. Ogopogo? Still pretty mysterious.
This deep warm red Pinot has a cherry and raspberry focused nose with violet, and a toasty herbal edge with a gentle but lingering finish. Great with a little roast chicken and pan seared Brussel Sprouts to keep you warm this winter.
